Tony Boswell - Retronix Group CEO

After graduating in electronics, Tony worked in electronic device distribution before moving to the PCBA service industry, primarily cellphone and computer manufacture. This led to Tony starting Retronix in 1992 from a small unit in Glasgow, to support electronic manufacturing in Europe, primarily the UK. Since then Retronix has expanded globally, with sites in the Americas, Europe, Asia & Africa, and has seen its semiconductor business grow to become a significant part of the group.
Tony brings a great deal of business management experience to Retronix semiconductor, having managed relationships with companies from slall independants to global corporations.

Since the early 1990's, Stuart has worked for several industry leaders such as NEC [UK] Semiconductors, Intel, and Jazz Semiconductor in various engineering capacities in the areas of equipment, process, systems, and yield engineering including engineering management. He has held positions in Europe, North America, and Asia.
Stuart is well known in the industry as an individual that delivers top quality solutions for challenging situations. He is quality driven and regarded as one of the best project managers in the industry. He holds a Masters Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, a Masters in Business Administration, and is a Member of IEEE.

Mark started work in the Semiconductor industry in the late 80's when he joined National Semiconductor and subsequently worked for Digital Equipment Corporation supporting maintenance positions in Thin Films and Etch. Subsequently Mark moved to take on Field Service positions with Gasonics International and Novellus Systems supporting positions across Europe, and North America in field engineering, process support, installation project management and Operations Management. Through his work, Mark is well known throughout Europe and enjoys the challenge of exceeding customer requirements in Safety, Quality, Schedule and Output. Mark holds an Associates Degree in Electromechanical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

Jim Beatty - Director of Sales – Americas

Jim has more than 25 years sales and business development experience in the semiconductor industry, during which time he has developed business networks and relationships in a vast number of semiconductor companies. Most recently, in his role as VP of Sales for IQW Fab Services, he was repsonsible for identifying and developing customer relationships for Cypress Semiconductor's Fab II (Round Rock) foundry business model. He is founder of IQW Fab Services, a manufacturer's rep company in business since 1994. During his tenure at IQW he was instrumental in the sales development for many suppliers to the semiconductor industry. Notably, Jim was the key contributor in development of a start-up company being acquired by a Fortune 500 semiconductor industry company and in transitioning another company from aerospace industry supplier to a leading semiconductor industry services supplier. Jim graduated from St. Mary's College in Moraga, CA with a degree in Business Managament.
